Our Technology

We're Awards Winning Coach Academy

Ken joined the Track Timing and Data Management group soon after, in response for the need to upgrade to the professional version of Hytek. His business began to branch out to time and score cross country meets, initially using Sprint 8 downloading stop-watches. In the 2015 cross country season, SSTS began utilizing the Active/IPICO chip timing system, integrated with the newly upgraded Hytek scoring and reporting software.

Events Timing Services

Finish Line Management

Ensure precision and clarity at your event’s finish line with our advanced Lynx System cameras. The FinishLynx camera delivers unmatched accuracy—up to 1/2000th of a second—while producing crystal-clear images to resolve even the closest finishes. For longer races or cross-country events, our IdentiLynx video camera captures bib numbers with ease, adding another layer of reliability to your results.

Results Management

We provide detailed results throughout your event. Individual results are delivered after each event, with team scores updated in real-time. A complete summary is provided at the meet’s conclusion. Results are promptly uploaded to Athletic.net and our website, with the option to share them with media outlets upon request.

Data Management

Our advanced software takes care of meet seeding with customizable formulas, prepares heat and flight sheets, and manages advancement from prelims to finals. All essential paperwork—including meet programs, start-line heat sheets, and field event sheets—can be emailed to the meet director ahead of time. Printed copies of heats and flights are also available on the day of the event for added convenience.

Live Results

We create a custom website where results are updated instantly after each event, accessible to anyone with internet access. Coaches and spectators can conveniently view results on their smartphones. Additional event information can be included upon request, ensuring everyone stays informed.
